Thank you "The Merg" for the reply. In the past I have disputed charges I did not make, charges billed twice and overcharges. These folks are cunning criminals however. They DO NOT send you the customary "Confirmation of Order Email" with a list of what you bought and the prices. Instead, they send you an email to call and confirm your order and then when you do the "Hard sell, bait & switch" starts. They do not send a confirmation of shipping. What they do ship requires an "In person" signature of receipt. When you open the box you find you did not get what you ordered and as I said before, a very ambiguous invoice. If you told them you were recording your order conversation they would hang up. If you recorded without their permission it would be inadmissable as evidence.
As to the BBB in New York being interested, I suspect these scam artists reserve their most rapacious fraud for out-of-state internet sales. Less likely that victims will show up in person and raise the cost of their employee's medical plan. Probably not much for the local BBB to concern themselves with since it does not involve their locals.
What is surprising to me is that, given the complaints listed in this forum alone, no federal case has been brought against these guys. Their activity is a clear violation of the 1970 Rico Act, which was aimed at organized crime. All the elements are there: more than two acts of Fraud, which involves interstate commerce, utilizes electronic communication, and involves felony monetary amounts. I wonder why the U.S. Attorney in New York has done nothing?

Just make sure you have all the documentation that says the product was a "USA Model with Full Warranty" and something from the camera company that says it's a grey market. I would also file a claim with the BBB about the deceptive practice. It might not do anything, but the more documentation you have, the better off you'll be.
Good luck!
