You will surfing the net to buy a cell phone and will encounter a site call exoticphone.com Its a private domain so no other informaiton will ve available to you other then a Vonage phone number which is never ever get picked up.

On December 9th bought a pebl phone looking at their good pricing. After a week, seeing there is no phone i called these guys for 3 days continuesly but noone picked up.

I called the hosting company for their information but hosting company will not give me any information on a privately hosted domain. My question is how can a ecommerce site be private???

The scammers name will be Bill, Tony or Sam. Please watchout and dont loose your money. I called my Master card and now they will take 45 days to fisnish their investigation and return my money. These people Run TWO SCAM SITE. www.exoticphone.com and another is gsmdistributor.com both has the same number slightly different price.. so guys watch out, and any of you are a lawyer here or knows law more then me, please hunt them bad. thanks..

I actually bought couple of phones form exoticphone.com inlcuding my recent purchase of White Nokia N73. They have two different numbers: 212-545-5893 and 212-545-5810. I actually went to their Manhattan location to pick up a phone about three months ago. I am sure they're legit. Derrick777 call the above number you should be able to talk with them. Derrick...I think you're mistaking with another company. I have bought phones from exoticphone.com. They have two physical locations: one in Richmond Hill, New York and other one is in Manhattan, New York. I have visited both locations of theirs. They're like 10 minuets away from my apartment. Their customer service is exceptionally well and the shipping is super fast...especially for me since I'm from New York. If I order something from exoticphone.com I get it next day. If cannot ship out the merchandise the same day they give me a personal call to let me know. I am very happy with exoticphone.com

There you can find all the informaitons about exoticphone.com including their telephone numbers and their physical address.

Actually I have dealt with Bill. He is a very nice person. I have spoken to him many times. sometimes he's very busy but overall he is the best. I wanted to exchange a phone after using it for a week. He didn't charge me any restocking fee...not only that he gave me a free car charger. Bill is really a nice person.

And I have seen other ratings righ here in the resellerratings.com...their rating is pretty good. It's not the best but it's beyond average. All I'm saying I am very pleased with exoticphne.com's service and with price.

The first phone I bought from exoticphone.com was the Nokia 7610. I needed the shipment to go out the same day so that I could get it by the next day. But once I purchased the phone I got a notification from exoticphone.com that orders take 24-48 hours to dispatch and thay I may have to wait two days. I was very anxious since in two days I leave the country (and this phone suppose to be a gift for someone). So, I called exoticphone.com and spoke to someone name Bill. I explained the whole situation to him. He listened to me patienty and told me that he'll call me later that afternoon and let me know. He had mentioned that he need to make sure that the product didn't go out. He called me within an hour and told me that the the phone was shipped out. However, he was very nice to me and told me that I can still come pick up locally from their manhattan location and that when the package arrives to my house I can just simply return it. I went to pick up the merchandise and he didn't charge me any taxes. I was very please with Bill's service. Real gentleman. they simply just trusted me and gave me another one. I was very pleased with exoticphone.com's service. I would definitely buy from them again.. Thansk bill.

Hi DERICK, This is bunky9 checking back on GSM. You are correct. Any positive feedback on this site was submitted by GSM employees or their stooges. They have no physical location. They barely have an e location. I repeat. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE MORONS. The will lie to you, they will tell you whatever you want to hear. They need more time to locate and ship your product than they will admit to. I received my refund quick by getting very angry on the phone and refusing to listen to any of the BS they threw at me. I cut Bill off in mid sentence every time he tried to make an excuse. They are not really trying to rip you off, except for your time. They are completely incompetent. I am a retired Police Officer from Ohio and I was recently
searching the internet to purchase a cell phone. I checked
Google to find the internet address of Exotic Phone because
I had purchased 3 phones from them over a period of time and
I received excellent service and the best prices on the net.
I was especially impressed with a gentleman name Bill(and he
was a real gentleman). All 3 times I had ordered a phone I
received them in 2 days at no extra cost. On one occasion
one of the phones was larger than I preferred and I called
them and they exchanged the phone for another one for no
cost even after I had opened the phone and tried it. I told
Bill that I really appreciated that and he told me he tried
to keep the customer happy so that they would keep doing
business with them. I saw the negative review about Exotic
Phone and I had to respond because it is hard for me to be-
lieve it . Exotic Phone is a honest company with great
customer service and timely deliveries. They have been
called scam artists and I don't believe that for one
minute. I was a Police Officer long enough to know.

I think some of the comments on exoticphone.com should be removed. Staff...I have visited exoticphone.com's location. THey're located on 1170 Broadway suite 1100 in New York. THey have two different numbers: 212-545-5893 or 212-545-5810. I have called them at many different occations and they always answer their phone. I think it is really unfair for these people to make such a comment. I am very disturbed. Just two weeks ago they gave me $30 break on a phone. I really appreciated exoticphone.com's service. I don't find anything on their site that makes them appear fraudulent.

It is curious they claim exoticphone.com has been in business since 1999 but the Whois record indicates the domain name was registered in 2004. According to the BBB record, their mother corporation was formed in 2003.
