notahappychappy is infamous around these parts
anybody dealt with coolestpc uk?

as the title suggests anybody had any dealings with this company?

i made an online order with this company and after a week there was no delivery, i tried to phone them with the number on my email recipt but it went dead, so i tried an email and got a reply 3 days later stating that they were waiting for stock, so i waited.... after another week and another email to witch i had no reply, i sent them an email canceling my order and was told you'll get a refund on monday guest what! 5 days later no refund! it's been over a month since ordering and still don't have a refund!

anybody else had issues with these lot?

i new about the thawte cert but only after i made my purchase!
they are using protox now.

i've been onto consumer direct but being christmas i'll have to wait a few days for a reply.

Coolestpc UK

I did not do my research properly and dealt with this company. Same outcome as previous posters. Next step is legal action.

Anybody dealt with this company this year. I know they have a nice new web site.
