A while ago I bought my Samsung SGH-D900 off their website and it was shipped to me very fast. A+ service. However, when my phone started acting funny I sent them an email inquiring about my one year warranty through them. Never got an email response. I tried talking to Samsung about it but it's not in the US yet so they didn't have any information on it. I decided it would probably be safer to go through Samsung anyway to get my new one so that was it would be the newest firmware so I never sent an email back asking for clarification.
About 4 days ago there was a pricing error on their website and I was able to snag a iMate JAQ for $0.00 with $17 tax and shipping. I bought one and seconds later the offer was down. I expected them to just cancel the order, but they didn't. They sent me a confirmation email telling me that it would be shipped tomorrow (a few days ago). The next day it wasn't shipped so I waited another day and it still wasn't shipped. I went to their support section of their site and sent an inquiry through the website and got an email saying that I would receive a response shortly. I didn't.

At least I would like that money back since they most likely aren't going to honor the price.
What should I do?
