I am getting sick of you shnit.
I am not crying about anything, I am stating what happened, and why I have a problem with them. If you want to use that rationale everyone on here is crying about something... Including you...
All you do is defend newegg, THAT IS ALL YOU DO. You still want to blame anyone BUT THEM! I have the guts to hold people accountable for their mistakes.
I gave them two more LEGITIMATE CHANCES.
I even had to contact them TWICE to get the CORRECT rebate forms.
And speaking of that I was not even EMAILED A LINK TO THEM WHEN I PLACED THE ORDER!
I had to get on their live person whatever and wait 20 some odd minutes for someone to give me the WRONG form (incorrect dates listed) then I happened to look over it before sending it off and noticed this and had to contact them and wait again to get the CORRECT one.
While no this did not become THAT big of a deal, it could have become exactly that had I not noticed this. This could have cost upwards of $90 in rebates. THAT is a big deal to me. That was the factor when I chose to go ahead and get these items and try NE again Vrs getting the exact same things from TD with only a $30 difference once you accounted for the rebates.
And yes, getting charged more for an advertised price than I should have (for anything), to me IS a big deal. I am not made of money and I suspect no one else here is either. Granted yes I was refunded, but ONLY AFTER I contacted them about the problem. A problem that should have never happened IMHO.
Having to go out of my way to have other people's mistakes CORRECTED is also a BIG DEAL to me. I ask for things to go as advertised, period. I do not expect problems, and I can accept a small fault. But if that fault has a possibility of costing me money, forget it. I have no forgiveness or sympathy.
Maybe you are willing to give up time or money to errors, as you seem willing to accept that while I AM NOT. Again, I simply ask for things to go smoothly. Which NE in my eyes STILL CANNOT DO.
While just one minor incident with two orders would not be THAT bad, having THREE INCIDENTS WITH ONLY TWO ORDERS.... IS. At least to me it is.
Lord forbid I want things to go smoothly when I order something, gee what the hell am I thinking about wanting that? I must be out of my mind for wanting that...
Like I said, I gave them two more chances, they STILL are not doing business the way I like it. I will continue to stay away from them, and will continue to advise others to do the same.
