Monarch, Why?
I am in a celebratory mood due to my noticing that Monarch had released the money that they have been holding for the last 2 and one half months. About 2 and a half months ago I ordered a processor from monarch and about 3 days ago after filing a protest against them with PalPal, they refunded the money that they unscrupulously had held hostage for so long. First, I don't like to be one who piles on when someone is not doing so good so I will preface this discription of my encounter with Monarch by saying that I hope that they get what ever their problems are solved in time to possably save some semblance of the remaining integrity that they and their company may still have. Maybe they will be able to reopen under a different name or something? And I say with utter sincerity that I hope that I will be able to recognize them before I never do business with them using any name, again. Yes, it really was that bad. Not answering emails, not answering phone calls, long waits on hold, and on the odd times that I was able to speak with a live person, and believe me when I say that these times were earned big time, all I could get was excuses and double talk. These guys have big problems. If I were in that business and were to treat costomers the way that they do I would be afraid to leave work without an armed escort. The way that they act caused one to believe that they are going to just keep your money and they don't care. Like I said, I am not one to pile on someone who is doing badly, and my mother advised me if I could not say anything nice about someone don't say anything at all,, so suffice to say, Unless you are in the mood to watch someone play with your money and maybe you will get it back and maybe you will not ,, don't fool around with Monarch.
