If you know what you want, and don't need tech support, then Newegg is a great place to buy things. For instance, I purchased webcams - I figured out how to use them and they worked great, and I saved a ton. Same with a digital voice recorder. You have go give something up to get something else, so if you want price, you may give up some of the customer service you seek.
