I am trying to write a review for Xoxide.com and it won't let me.
They waited overnight to send a package that was ordered 4 PM EST when UPS still picks up damn near till 6 PM. So now this 34 for 2 days shipping is a complete waste.
When I called about this they kept saying the order was not placed until 5 PM. I know when I placed it. It was 3:07 CST, which means 4:07 EST. I even read off my email to them they still argued and claimed that the item has already shipped and cannot be canceled. When I suggested either they or myself call UPS to have the package rerouted he said if I do that they will charge me 25% restocking fee... Every time I tried to speak the guy started trying to talk over me... Several times I had to tell him to be quite so that I could speak.
I have dealt with them in the past with decent enough results. Guess I shoulda found someone else when that pretty Xfinity PS arrived with a broken fan housing... And they refused replacement claiming I must have done it while installing the unit...
All this over a $12X.XX in parts order... Sometimes I hate living in BFE and having to order everything online that I want to get..
