Whatever you do, don't buy electronics from www.thedigitalexpo.com. It is a horrible "company," if you can even call it that. I've been reading millions of terrible reviews since my bad experience with them this morning. Thank God I didn't give them my credit card info, like others have, only to find themselves cancelling their credit cards in fear.

Here's a recap:
Service Rep 1: I can take your order over the phone, it'll be faster than doing it online.
Me: Great.
#1: We have a great deal on 1G media card.... [blah blah] for $69.
Me: That's great, but I actually already have a 1G card.
#1: Yes, but it's a special deal for $69.
Me: Right. I have one. I just want the camera. It doesn't say anything about this on your website.
#1: You have to buy the media card.
Me: But, um, I don't need it..
#1: Yeah? You can place order online then.
HE HANGS UP.

Second call:
Me: Hi sir, I just spoke with one of your representatives who told me that if I didn't purchase the 1G media card, I couldn't buy the camera. But see, I already HAVE one...
#2: Yeah. You have to buy it. That's just how it is.
Me: But I---
HE HANGS UP.

Third attempt:
Me: Listen, two of your reps just HUNG UP ON ME, before I could even explain anything and----
#3 HANGS UP.

And my experience was trivial compared to others. Don't use them.

BUYERS BEWARE!! DigitalExpo is out to rip you off!! This is one of those companies that hooks you in with a low price then requires you to call to confirm the order so they can try to sell you options at triple or more of what the cost should be. If you don't buy any of these extras, your order gets canceled but they never bother to tell you. Or they suddenly remember that the product is refurbished, not new. I looked up every extra thing they tried to sell me and even after they "got permission from their supervisor" for the lowest price, I found that each of them actually sold for 1/3 of what they quoted. Don't bother posting a review on everyprice.com - they don't post negative reviews, which means the companies are likely paying them for this service.
