Why I always shop at Newegg.
Yesterday, I placed a $700 order from Newegg to build a new system for a friend. My credit card company decided to reject my order TWICE, due to suspicion of fraud. Despite the fact that I've placed about 20 orders with Newegg on this very same card within the last few years! The folks at Newegg worked with me, in their usual friendly fashion, to get things straightened out. Today, I saw my order had already shipped, but noticed a $2.99 Rush Order charge was added. Needless to say, I was a bit annoyed. But, after comparing the invoice to my original order, I found Newegg had reduced my shipping charges by $2.99 and add a RUSH to my order. The delay was not their fault yet they still did all they could to help expedite my order after the unexpected delay. Wow, you guys just reminded me why I don't bother shopping elsewhere. Ever!
