Thank you flipper for you consideration and thoughtfullness but i am beyond my wits end in dealing with newegg. From now on i guess i will do like Tom Ta from newegg told me. "If you not willing to take the risks involved with buying online then buy from walmart". Im not willing to take the risk of having them tell me sure buddy we will rma that for you then when they get the merchandise to tell me they never recieved it.
One time i got a webcam that was very cheap and had red and green fuzz all through the picture from a relative for my birthday. This was purchased
from walmart. my aunt had throw the receipt away but when she say hor horrible it was she insisted i return it. it sounded like a real headache to me over 30 bucks so i didnt want to be she basicly told me i had to...lol
She insisted on driving me there immidiatley to see me do so.
I walked up to their customer service rep and said hi i would like to get a refund for this. The guy looked in the box and seen there was a cam in there and didnt even check the serial numbers, or for the driver disk or check to make sure there was full packaging. I like that, no i love that.
So yea up with WALMART even if they dont pay very well. I'll gladly pay a little more to know that i wont get ripped off, and that i have any problem whatsoever my money is safe with them. Plus hey, they are so nice to me there.
And besides walmart wont ever give me a reason to get angry and throw a tantrum like some jerk. That in itself is worth paying a little extra because thats not who i am and i dont like being that way, or feeling pissed off.
So what if newegg has more selection or a little better prices. When they take 125 bucks from you and you have to pay shipping to to get a product.
3 graphics cards in this ordeal and two motherboards.
Shipping to get 3 video cards here was 5.99 x 3 so thats 18 bucks the two motherboards shipped to me was like 7 bucks each so 7x 2 = 14 then returning one defective motherboard and 2 defective cards was about 15 bucks with the insurance from fedex here in town. plus they didnt pay me for one of those rmas 125 dollar rms . i think newegg offered to pay for part of the shipping but i doubt they did ever did i am not really sure on that.
So here it is. 18 + 14 + 15 + 125 = 172 + the nightmare i have had and all the damn waiting = priceless.
Newegg has made it clear to me that their money is worth more than making sure i am a happy customer and that they wont take a loss to make me happy and that i will be taking the loss.
How STUPID ARE YOU NEWEGG? its my birsthday this month and i was gonna have all my friends and relatives get me stuff from there and i am older now and my friends and family would rather let me choose what i want then to buy me something i dont need or want. but now what willi tell all my friends and family? i dont want to feel responsible when newegg pulls some christmas grinch type stuff and lil tommy or someone never gets a christmas cause daddy got ripped off by newegg.com.
Also hdtv is getting popular and i couldnt say how mad i would be if newegg screwed me on a 5,000 dollar hdtv. Are you willing to spend your big load this season with a company that lies and steals? Tom Ta neweggs Boss of bosses for their customer service departmant told me he was looking at the summary of items received when we spoke and they got both of the x850's i sent and that he had the invoices for both showing i was paid in full.
There is no gray area here tom ta lied to me. see for yourself, i will copy and paste it here and if anyone would like further proof i can foward them the actual invoices from my email.

That's right tom i called you a LIAR because you LIED and if you think you can sue then your wrong because i can say ANYTHING I WANT AS LONG AS ITS TRUE And newegg records those calls for quality assurance so yea bub your on tape.
Either way with a liar at the helm of costomer service (or diservice) i shall never ever deal with them again. And even though tom is a liar that never made it right for me to act out. i should never let the anothers actions affect the way i conduct myself, but its easier said then done.
Now on the other hand if they fired Tom Ta the liar and gave nicole vasquez the job I would go back to them in a second. Nicole is so great , not only at her job. But shes so friendly and helpfull you can tell she really cares about people and about her job.
Snow was rude jamie makes mistakes but she is nice enough Tom Ta is a liar (all newegg customer service managers.) Nicole Vasquez was the only person who was really nice to me and help me out with no problems others have been nice then lied like tom. Or tried to help and screwed up like jamie.
I do understand mistakes happen and just let me say, jamie is a pleasure to deal with. On the other hand nicole vasquez was willing to help me out and we mainly talked about hour familys ect. until she was done doing what she was doing she told me what she had done for me i not only felt like she had made it right but she had me thinking man i hope they screw up again and give me full refund plus money off my next purchase.
Well that was the way nicole represents newegg. thats a newegg i trust.
I say to newegg. nicole is top notch give her the job. or if not then this jason guy that others in forums speak highly about.
