But then again I never buy transitional gear (like your asrock mobo), oem or crappy brands (ECS comes to mind). Im also pretty particular about what chipsets and stuff are used.

I am sorry to hear that you my friend arent as knowledgeable as i about pc components and would be willing to assist you if you ever need to be schooled. Asrock is a subsidary company of Asus and the only difference between the asus and asrock boards is more options in the bios. same quality.

The asrock dual was crippled in the bios to cold boot at 274 htt but you can either turn the htt multi down or use beta 2 bios from the net to get this asrock dual board you talk crap to run sold at speeds upwards of 350 htt.....thats fast lets see some proof of "anything you own" that will do an htt of even close to 350 my friend.

And as for you saying only 2 of twelve open box products are an issue did you buy several hundred items from them then do an average? what basis do you have to make such a broad generalization?

Also your saying only 2 in 12 items is bad and you throw it away. I am NOT willing to throw away 1 in 6 orders by the way do you know who to simplify fractions? i will teach you if you cant friend.

I cant believe that this guy has an issue with 1 in 6 product from newegg and he is "HAPPY WITH NEWEGG"

I would like to see how many people like losing 1/6 th of their money by shopping with newegg. if u add up the wait for shipping the cost for shipping and the loss you take by getting defective goods is it worth it for you?

If your happy im happy for you but i want to get 100% of what i pay for!!!!

As for you saying oem is crap. Yes, as sixpack xp said oem does stand for orriginal equipment manufacturer. I myself am an Authorized Microsoft OEM Distributor a microsft Partner and also a windows xp embedded developer holding a microsoft digital blackbelt certification i figure i should speak on this matter.
(Yea i got a microsoft digital blackbelt..google it.)

Theese oem product are for guys like me who are certified system builders
they come less of packaging and drivers because guys like me either get a volume windows xp license and make our own oem build of windows with our company name ect. Or some like to buy oem products and make "linux boxes for cheap".

check it out man.....http://www.microsoft.com/oem/default.mspx

Anyone can enroll and if you got the skills you can get to be an authorized distributor too and qualify for fat deals on oem products. i dont even build the systems usually as i can make fat proffits just giving people good deals on reselling software.

I love the feed back but please if you dont know your stuff then refrain from speaking of things you dont understand and refrain from prasing a company that you admit to selling you defective items 1 out of 6 orders.

The rest of us hard working americans dont have the money to be throwing away 1/6th of our hard earned dollars.
