Casio Exilim EX-Z750: worth buying?

I'm afraid of purchasing a digital camera that would peform badly, so I actually had difficult time looking for a suitable one.
It's not the matter of price, it's usability that matters. And camera should be reliable, my all means.
Now that EX-Z850 is out, it's possible to get a refurbished 7-mexapixel "outdated" EX-Z850.
So, are there any happy owners here?
If yes, would you mind answering a couple of questions:
1. Are YOU satisfied with you choice?
2. Has it delivered the way Casio promised?
3. Are you looking for a new camera? If yes, then why?
eBay has plenty of offers in EU zone (means less shipping charges and taxes), but I never owned a digital camera feel a bit nervous about purchasing online.

I will tell you this. I have sold many many camera in my job and had feedback.
The casio brand was a radio shack branded product. We had a casio break on display 3 times in 3 months. tells you there reliabillty.
can you get a good one that last long .. yes but I would not take any chances.
My friend owns one and it is performance that lacks.
I would get a camera that is small and if possible image stabilizer.
the canons are awsome with there Digic 2 and now 3
the SD700IS is a great camera that is cheap because there being discontiuned because of a 800is camera comming out. it is small portable, Fast, great picture and a image stabillizer.
This year Sony is great too. they lowered there price to give canon a run for there money. I accually bought a W-100 because it was like $150 less than a Canon700is and had very close features. I love it. It has great manual modes and great outcome. I could take the best picture in a casio and a w100 and make the casio look like a disposable.

I would recommend a W-50 W-70 W1-100 because there great camera also check out the canon 700IS
Dont buy a casio just to save you greef. there picture quality is lacking major.

also note that
Canon Makes there own Proccesors and so does sony that are high class.
Top leading cameras in SLR/Media/professional cameras are. Canon(with there digics proc..) and Nikon( with there sony proc... on some models)
** nikon small digitals arent doing there best this year...
