Anyone deal with Mainstreetmegastore.com??

Has anyone ordered anything from Mainstreetmegastore.com? There are several items I would really like to buy from them, but there is no telephone number. I checked the BBB and they said they have been in business since 2002. However, here's what the BBB said:

Based on BBB files, this company has an unsatisfactory record with the Bureau due to unanswered complaints and a pattern of complaints.


Based on BBB files this company has a pattern of complaints concerning delivery issues. Consumers state that their credit cards are charged but orders are not shipped. Consumers state that they are unable to contact the company via phone or e-mail to inquire on the status of their order, or the status of their refund. Consumers state that their e-mails are not responded to. Consumers state that they wish to be fully refunded for goods they never received. [/COLOR]

I have written to the store, but haven't gotten a reply yet. I will give them the benefit of the doubt since I wrote to them over a weekend.
Anyone with any info, please let me know ASAP.

Both sites are registered to a PO Box and the phone number comes back with AT&T as;

We searched on 7683177 in 978 however; we could not find any listings to display.

and the e-mail above at go.com is a free account like yahoo.
Together with the BBB info I wouldn't use them. No real contact info at all.
Ask yourself, Who am I buying from?

I'm glad to know that others are out there with the same problem I have. So what do we do when we can't reach them and don't know any information about them? I want my order! (or my money back!)

So apparently, the Mainstreet Megastore is now "Relive the magic"...and the whole site is changed and they no longer sell clothing? I want my money back! If anyone knows anything that can help me, PLEASE let me know...Thankyou!

You can file complaints following the links in this thread,http://www.resellerratings.com/forum...d.php?t=121989 (Consumer Resources: Where to file consumer complaints)
Also, you can file with the Massachusettes Attorney General's Office.
You don't need to file with all of them. I'd go with the BBB first and give them a few weeks. Then if the results are not to your satisfation then file with the MA AG's office (most of the Federal sites will feed back to the to the state AG's office anyway. )
