Ecost Google check out is a SCAM!!!!!!

I've bought a DVD player at Ecost with the $10.00 rebate using Google checked out. However the rebate did not show at final invoice. I contact ed them by email 15 min. after that and got no response. I contacted them again and talk to their sales and she she said she is sorry for the incident and she'll talk to her supervisor and will let me know. At the end of the day, I email them and canceled the order ( until now I still not yet received any response from them). I checked the status of my account at Ecost later and knew they already shipped the player to me.

I've been bought the computer related products from time to time but when I need their customer service I found out that the service is virtually zero.

I'll never again buy any thing from them.
