This company is a fraud
I also ordered from this company. I found the specific product on their website that I wanted in stock. I received a call stating that the item was not available, and they could send me a similar item for around the same price. I agreed over the phone. I received a product that was not for use in the United States despite being told it was "Universal." I called for weeks trying to request a refund or exchange. I got nowhere. After several attempts, I finally got someone to send me an RMA form to fax back. I immediately faxed it back hoping to get an RMA number assigned. I never heard back. I called after a week and was told they never received my fax. I faxed it again. No word back. I called a few days later and was told that they would not refund. No problem, I'll take an exchange. Refused. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. After a few more phone calls to them, I was finally told that I was approved for an exchange. I spoke with someone named Santu that told me that he was looking for a similar product to exchange with. He told me to call him the next day. I tried to call him every day for a week. He was unavailable every time, and never returned my call. I finally spoke with Peter, the manager. He berated me over the phone. His hostile, angry call was not acceptable. He also told me that he would try to find a comparable model to exchange for me. That was two weeks ago. I still have not heard back from him. Their argument is that this is beyond their 30-day return policy. It's only taken that long because I've had to call them on several occasions for several weeks to get anywhere. They've avoided handling this problem. They won't return my calls. I originally placed this order 5 months ago. I have a useless product sitting in the original box doing me no good. This company is a fraud, and Homeland Security should investigate why this company in Illinois is completely run by Indians. I question their citizenship status.
