Our competitors are putting these fraudulent evaluations about our company.

These are fake people. Who are using some others names and ids and are trying to degrade are company. We know our competitors .They cannot compete with us .That the reason they are trying to put negative comments about our store.
Our price is the best and shipping is super fast and we sell only factory sealed items. All poduct we sell are brand new .We have a live person always to answer your question on the phone.
We agree we are not 100% perfect. And we always learn from our mistake. And we make sure it is never repeated.
I would request to all the customer who have put a negative comment about us to please provide us there order number so that we can find out there complain is legitimate or not.And we will definetly make sure you are been taken care.And please talk to me directly at my direct number is 8472901718 ext 206-Peter Perira- Manager Samstores

If you are truly concerned about your feed back here, you should sign up for the ResellerRatings Merchant Member Subscription so you can review the evaluations that have been left for your company.

It's very simple and a much better approach than spamming this thread.

Have you looked into the Merchant Member Program here at RR?

I see by your Ratings page that your company does not take part. There is a free membership also.

All reviews submitted request a Invoice/Order number. So that information should already be available. (Not for the free account I'm afraid, sorry.)

I'd also point out that no one that has posted in this thread has left a review for Samstores here at RR. In fact the last post, before today, was 10 days ago. The next oldest post was 2 months ago.

All I have to do is sign my name to your thread, because the exact same thing happened to me with Samstores.
Man was I ever suckered by them!
Worst comes to worst, at least I learned a valuable and somewhat expensive lesson.

Reseller Ratings a welcome alternative to the Better Business Bureau

Perhaps we need a separate forum dedicated to abuses by the BBB.
