Many of the posts here seem to be complaints so I wanted to say something good about a merchant I consider excellent.

I have recently purchased over 30 items in 5 separate orders totalling over $3000 from them and all but one order was processed and delivered exactly within the time frame they promised. (The late order was a special item that had to be ordered from the manufacturer, which they disclosed on their site.)

One item, a DVD drive in retail packaging, was delivered without a CD audio cable. Although their site specified that the audio cable was included, the manufacturer had apparently dropped the cable from the retail package, as published on the manufacturer's Website. Although there is a disclosure on the ZipZoomFly Website that they are not responsible for changes in specifications made by the manufacturer, I decided to see what happens. When I complained, they responded the next day and provided an RMA, and offered to drop any restocking charges.

In my opinion you can't do better than a company that does what they say they will do and more.

I also very much prefer their policy of including shipping charges in the advertised price of items because when ordering it helps to know what the real charges will be up front.
