On 08/07/06 I put an order in at Monarch for an AMD 4800x2 cpu, about 5 minutes later something came up and I had to cancel the order. I sent an Email and it was acknowledged. Two days later they still took the money out of my account. I called, and all I got was excuses. If they held everyones money that canceled in an interest bearing account they would have quite a scam going. It is one thing to put a hold on the money and then charge the account when you ship, but Monarch Choses to steal your money for 30 days even though you cancel 5 minutes later. I have purchased many items without any problems, however this is a bad business practice and there are plenty of merchants out there that do not use this practice.
