Nice looking web site but bogus. Order should have been here many days ago and when I e-mailed customer service the email bounced. Tried once more and the same thing. I should know better (my mistake) but if they don't offer a phone number there is a reason as I found out. I'm lucky it was a small purchase. I have been spoiled with a good history from internet sellers until I ran into this one.

I reported it to my bank (debit card) thinking I was out of the money. Much to my surprise they credited back because it is a Visa Debit Card. News to me. They took all of the info and will act on it. I canceled the number right after I read your message. This has taught me a good lesson. Read all of the fine print when it comes to these transactions. This time I lucked out thanks to your info. My bank rep says thanks to you for the info as well. I'll file with the FTC now. Deek
