Has anyone bought off of www.consolesource.com before?

I recently ordered a Magic Switch & Swap Magic Plus 3.6 for my Playstation 2 from their website, and while it says that my order has been shipped, I was not provided a tracking number, and the phone number for their offices is never answered, always busy. My credit card was charged quickly, and since it's been shipped, I don't know what to expect. If any of you have used the site and could provide some feedback (so far, everything's bad from the main page), that'd be great. Thanks in advance!

BBB Membership: This company is not a member.

The Bureau has requested basic information from this company. The Bureau has not received a response. Without this information, the Bureau may not have current information concerning such things as the company's management or its nature of business.

When considering complaint information, please take into account the company's size and volume of transactions, and understand that the nature of complaints and a firm's responses to them are often more important than the number of complaints.

The Bureau processed a total of 14 complaints about this company in the last 36 months, our standard reporting period. Of the total of 14 complaints closed in 36 months, 12 were closed in the last year.
The only odd thing I see is the fact that the website is not secure.
Also, the bbb does list another phone number. NOTE: It is not a toll-free number.

EDIT;
Here is the review here at RR. They rate around a 5.

Thanks for the information! I was wondering, is a 50% a bad rating here? Is it mediocre? Finally, does anyone else have anything to say about them? Thanks in advance!

Rating is a matter of opinion. Personally I don't deal with any company that rates below a 8. If you use your avg. grading scale;
A= 9-10
B= 8-9
C= 7-8
D= 6-7
F= 6 and below.
At least as far as RR ratings go.

Some area BBB's just rate a company as 'Satisfactory' or 'Unsatisfactory', and some use a different system like;
RatingExplanationPage
Quote:
AAA An exemplary rating.
AA An extremely high rating.
A An excellent rating.
BBB A very high rating.
BB A high rating.
B A good rating that still implies reputability.
CCC A good rating.
CC Average rating.
C Acceptable rating.
D We have enough concerns about this company that we recommend caution in doing business with it.
F We strongly question the company’s reliability
(I edited that to make it smaller.)
I wish all the BBB's would use letter rating system, but the one we need here does not. To make it simple I'd put this company somewhere in the C's for a BBB rating.
IMO anyway.

I think I'm just getting paranoid because of some of the bad comments! I've talked to a nice customer support employee on the live chat for consolesource.com, and nothing indicates that I won't get my item. I would've liked to talk on the phone with someone, and a tracking number would really put me at ease, but if I get my item on time (hopefully another week or two), I'll be satisfied.

Bad experience

If you read my review, you will see that I am far from satisfied with consolesource.com. I cancelled my order with them about 20 minutes after I placed the order. This was on September 27. As of today, October 17, I still do not have my refund. Their phone is constantly busy, and they have flat out lied to me in regards to the refund. Four times throughout these past couple of weeks they have said that my money has been refunded. Only after constantly asking about my refund have they sent out a confirmation email on the refund. The date issued on the refund? Today, October 17th. Which means that they lied to me about when they sent the refund out all of those previous times.

We will see if that confirmation email is even legit, or if they have stolen my money. If I don't get my money, the next step is the BBB.

Stay away from this company. It's not worth it.

consolesource.com is a GARBAGE company! They sold me a DSi flashcard paperwieght, then went MIA when I tried to return it. Why have an RMA department if nobody answers you when you put in a claim ticket????

." That is easier said than done, as you know by right now it almost never happens.
Journeying by both air plus car, its so a good idea to avoid the actual crowds by simply traveling during the week, specially from Tuesday through This.An increased bonus is definitely that airfares to get travel Thursday through Thursday usually are cheaper.
Mid-morning and also late mid-day flights usually are less packed, plus it is possible to really keep away from commute traffic do your best.Late-night plane tickets (also generally known as red-eye flights for totally obvious reasons):may help you avoid page views but it is only effective when you can sleep waiting up-right on your plane seating!
Were you aware that traveling off-peak means traveling for the duration of holidays (not prior to or after) while airfares are usually lower together with there's a lot less road website visitors?
Most economical travel deals of the year come in the tumble
