There are more than just my experiences with them stating the very same problem and what they do to resolve it (with bribes) of store credit.

And if I were making it up, why do I have details, time lines and things that anyone else has had this problem with them state the same exact thing.

Again you avoid answering or countering ANYTHING I have said with an intelligent response.

I do not have to prove that their RMA can be a nightmare to deal with. It is very well documented on here. There are probly thousands more that never came here that have had the same things happen to them.

You are the one trying desperately to prove to everyone with your every post that NewEgg is 'GREAT', 'flawless' and 'absolutely perfect'... the truth is, they are not that in any way shape or form...

And your latest reply speaks for itself...
Why are you continuously trying to egg me on and get into an argument?
I know how NewEgg operates, I do not need you to try to tell me that.
In your every post you want to blame someone OTHER than newegg. THAT says that you think they cannot make a mistake. I did not put those words into your mouth, you did. Try reading what YOU have wrote...
You know all the troll tactics don't you?

Try the "Post Reply" button next time.

NewEgg responded to the other thread you were ranting in... looks like your bribe story doesn't hold water. I figured you were exaggerating... and I was right. I figure the whole story is probably still mostly a big exaggeration on your part.

Looks like most everybody else is happy with NewEgg:

You know THIS is SOOOOO weird. Tiger direct has like the crapiest rating ever and newegg the best and right before the christmas rush you get this type of thing. IMHO this smells badly, Now in truth and for a fact i wouldnt put it past tiger direct to be doing this or having it done. I still remember what they did the last time i shopped there and over a 10. keyboard they fought tooth and nails and even pulled the page from their site. Thats alot of trouble over a 10. keyboard that was doa. So the more i think about it i think it is something like what i stated above. I mean their is no way tiger direct can match the eggs performance in customer service so lets all go into a forum and slam them. What makes it even worse is that you have me answering your post and sure i like newegg but not in love. I still buy plenty elsewhere. I am building my 19 year old daughter a computer for collage just because she wanted one close to mine with lights and so on. Just got the case and guess what wasnt from newegg. So one im not a die hard newegger and 2 i sure as heck am not getting a 50. credit to write this but i am still writing it just for the fact that booster is totally wrong and 3 i know alsao for a fact paypal messes up alot i do ebay and sell on ebay once in a while so i know all about paypal and buying off ebay with paypal.

Well, that's might big of them

Acually, under Federal Law all you have to do is report your card stolen to your bank within 30 days and you don't have to pay for any fraudulent purchases.

If your bank doesn't cooperate, simply go to http://www.FederalReserve.gov and file a complaint against your bank with the nice folks at the Federal Reserve.

Your bank will be explaining their un-lawful actions to the fed.
You'll be suprised how quick the issue gets resolved.

Hey! That happened to me once and it was no laughing matter! What made it worse was that when I went back through the drive through to get my missing fries, the girl at the window asked "How do i know you haven't eaten them?" I eventually had to get the manager just to get my 99 cents worth of fries!

JamesConnolly is infamous around these parts
Used to use Newegg, no more though

I used to order from newegg all the time. In the past, I found them to be a bit more expensive than other places, but you can't necessarily trust those fly by night places anyway.

I won't be using them anymore though. Last year I was ordering a bunch of parts around Valentine's Day and was dismayed by their shipping policies. I was ordering a bunch of things, including 2 cables. Each of these cables bore an excessively high shipping cost.

When I called to inquire whether that was accurate, the lady at the call center was incredibly rude. It wasn't just that I wasn't hearing what I wanted to hear...she was rude from the very begining.

She explained that the cable may come from a different place than, say, the motherboard - this is why each item gets its own individual shipping charge - or whatever. The conversation went something like that. Well, I decided not to place my order and won't again. I much prefered them when they just had fedex and did the free-supersaver on everything.

On a sidenote, the replacement I found for newegg was tigersdirect. I don't think I'll be ordering from them anymore either, especially after reading all the negative posts on here about TD. I never had a problem with them, but the few times I ordered from them I got what I ordered and no rebates were involved. I probably of had a headache if I got the wrong stuff or it was damaged, not going to take that risk again. On reflection, shipments did take a long time.

I think what he meant boost is not a thread you started but threads in which you took part in. All total there a 3 threads that you are posting in that talks about newegg or tigerdirect, also one in which you are asking for a place to buy modded case parts. So i dont think what he is saying is bs IMHO. Also id like to ask again why after 2 years are you in here posting about it. I would think 2 years is long enough to get over it.
