Anyone used Peerflix recently?

Hi,

I am looking for an inexpensive site to purchase dvd's. Has anyone used Peerflix.com recently? The two reviews on resellers ratings are from last year. If not, does anyone have any recomendations of a reputable web site that is cost effective?

Peerflix does not sell DVD's.
They only line you up with other people so you can trade your used DVD's for their used DVD's. My guess would be that all Peerflex does is send you a pre-paid shipping label. Who knows the condition of the DVD you get back.
Both the reviews here at RR were both bad and the WhoIs info says the website has been up since 2003. they also appear to be in Canada.

Even thou I belong to Columbia House's DVD Club, I still think the best place to buy cheap DVD's is Target or Wal-mart.
Or you could check out Newegg they have a pretty big DVD section, and the prices don't look bad. I've never used them for this thou and they only ship to the US.

I know that Peerflix just trades dvd's between members. The price seemed right but who knows about anything else.
The two bad reviews were from last year so I just wondered if anyone had experience this year. Companys can turn things around in a year or even sooner (either for the good or bad).

I have purchesed many things from newegg.com and found them to be a "10" in my book. It is a company that ranks very high among its customers!!!

I just joined Columbia House a couple of days ago even though they had a low rating here. I had been a member of CH in the past and did not have any really bad experiences.
