Looking for addresses, company names, members names and any contacts known. Web sites, and points of sale would also help. This info is all over the web and I want to bring it togeather in one place. That is the only way something will ever be done.
If anyone knows how to tell when I company was started or where it is licenced would also help.

I realize you are having issues with your order, but my experience with shopsunshine was awesome and I think you are overlooking that fact that they do have many happy customers.
In fact, if you look at their reviews, there is clearly a pattern of excellence.
Something must have gone wrong with your order, maybe you should call them? Errors do happen! I am sure they would be out of business by now if they never finished their orders. So, you should probably rectify the situation before going on a premature crusade to keep them from making an honest living. Unless this is a different shopsunshine you are reffering to, I am sure they would gladly give you a free 3 year warranty for the trouble this error has caused you. That is the shop sunshine I know

I am not having to much trouble of my own, if you read the earlier post by me. I am mainly doing this for the 1000's online that have had issues with them. I am however starting to think something is wrong with my order as I can not get a reply via e-mail and no one will pick up and here is my current status.
Aprox $1500 order placed on the 9th.
Credit Card Billed on the 9th.
Item SAID to be shipped on the 18th (late at night)
I found that to be a lie. It was not shipped. Shipping was paid for. The company has one of those SELF PRINT USPS Lable machines. (anyone can get one. It charges your card for the shipping and you can print the lables at home and it gives you all tracking info.)
I just checked my shipping status with both tracking companies.

That means that when I sent them the e-mail and called about it in the morning of the 18th, they printed the lables. And The statement above means it has NEVER left their building. NEVER reached the mailstream. Meaning it was never shipped.
I am still going to give them the 7 days for an update to be posted on the shipping info. I have NEVER said they have done me wrong. I am simply saying that they have done others wrong, and I have ADDED my info here for people to follow to see for themselfs.

Update: If you have an APO Address Read this.
I had to call last night as there was still no update to my shipping information online. The CSR I spoke with was very friendly and looked into the situation for me. He said there was a notice about APO addresses and that he was sorry he could not be more detailed other then that APO addresses are not updated correctly online. I can understand this as the Military takes all USPS standard shipping packages shipped to APO addresses. They get the package in the states and all tracking is stopped.
I spoke with the Mail Officer here and they said that the package should have some type of status saying it was recieved by the military but that ther are times when it has not.
This being said, the CSR rep told me that he is 100% sure that package left their warehouse on that date. I should expect the package at the end of this week or the start of next.
So until then we will see. I will update again if any new news.
Also is there anyone else still having issues with this company?

TheShutDown.com is now online. I still need to work the graphics / logo, but we are functional. PLEASE ALL REVIEWERS OF ALL COMPANIES please post there so we can start to consolidate all information.
If the company you are reviewing is not listed in the forum, make a quick post in the REQUEST forum and it will be added within 24 hours.

IM ANOTHER VICTIM OF SUNSHINE ELECTRONICS
HI, ON 16 OF JULY I PLACED AN ORDER FOR A CANON CAMERA, THE ORDER NUMBER IS 269641, IM IN MEXICO, I PAID THEM WITH A WIRE TRANSFER, LONG STORY SHORT, NOW I CANNOT CONTACT THEM, THEYRE PHONES ARE OFF AND THEY DONT ANSWER MY EMAILS.
SO YOU GUYS KNOW OTHER PHONE NUMBER TO TRY TO REACH THEM.
I HOPE YOU CAN HELP OUT ON THIS

There are so many of these companies that low ball everyone on the internet, and then do not let the order go through until they call you up and sing you the problems with the item you ordered and want to bait you into buying the model at the price they want you to pay. It never fails. Only reputable companies with confirm via email, your order and send real tracking information. While you might pay a little more, check around and you will find the reason that these guys have such low prices, is that they will never really sell you the item for this price. PERIOD.
