SHOPSUNSHINE = DIGITAL SHOPPING NETWORK = PYXIS CAMERA
They might have other names as well.
Ok, my experience with them is not over yet. Once it is over, I will make a detailed report.
For now, here are some points that are already worth mentioning.

- They are liars, so do not believe anything they say no matter how good it sounds.
- When you call them make sure you have a lot of time to wait on the phone.
- Do not be nice to them because they will not be nice to you.
- When you call them first time to get upsold tell them that you will give them negative feedback if you do not get your stuff within a week and hang up. That will make them move a little faster.
- When Simon calls you after you leave negative feedback, do not talk to him because you may get verbally abused.

The above points are for those who happened to be unfortunate enough to start dealing with them.
But if you haven't given them your money yet, then do not get anywhere close to them, unless you are some kind of masochist.

Shopsunshine.com a/k/a Cyber Warehouse THIEVES!

This company goes by a few names (sign of a problem right there). They are known on eBay as SUNSHINEELEC.

Do not believe what "Simon" states. They are thieves! I was on the phone placing an order from eBay and they had me bypass the eBay system, so they didn't have to pay the eBay fee on the sale. The woman on the phone was so nasty that I decided not to go forward. She told me my credit card was already charged and it would take 24-48 hours for a credit. It never happened. I called back a week later and was told they were having problems with the credit card machine and it would be done within 24-48 hours. Well it was over a month, so I called again and spoke with "JP" who claims he is a manger. He was so rude and eventually hung up on me. It is now well over a month and still nothing. I will hire an attorney and see this company can no longer rip people off as they have been. STAY AWAY!!!! THEY ARE THIEVES!!!

"nymatchmaker.." Is someone who is either a competitor or someone that is not telling the truth.

We always give refunds.

We complete our sales on eBay.

The only time we do not is if the customer requests it because they do not have an account.

Reading many replies from Shop Sunshine (on various websites) to customer complaints, you might think that a lot of the problems are simply reactions to rude customers.

Is Shop Sunshine in the center of a war zone? Regardless, rude salesmen undoubtedly amplify whatever frustrations a customer might have. This is a major problem that ShopSunshine seems to have.

You can try to mend PR Simon but the damage is done.

Sorry to hear about your experience but hopefully enough of these bad reviews will prevent people from making the same mistake.

The worst part about these guys is they never tell you the truth, they just keep lying to buy more time. It took me over two months to receive my Canon XHA1 and I had to drive to Vegas to rent a camera for a scheduled project. I didn't expect the wait, and they kept telling me it would be there by monday. If they would have just told me the truth, I could have at least planned for it instead of making an emergency trip.

It wasn't until I contacted the better business bureau and wrote a nasty review on resellerratings did I finally get my order. And then they had the nerve to offer me a 3 year extended warrenty if I retracted my review

Shop Sunshine is the worst company I have ever done business with! I love their fake reviewers though. Waited a month for a TV that never came, then had of their goons try to get me to accept a different model. Had to do a credit dispute when it took over 2 weeks to refund money.

I'm glad to see my thread is still getting some use out of it. I'm actually happy that I got a message in my email today indicating a recent reply has been made to this thread.

Well, I suppose I'm not exactly glad since that means they're still a bunch of obnoxious thieves running the business.

Just as a quick recap for everyone:

Don't listen to the "positive" responses in this thread. You'll notice they only come in a couple at a time shortly after someone posts a negative review that would have caught the reseller's eye. These "postive" reviews all seem to be so disgustingly positive that it becomes obvious that the posts are made by people from shopsunshine (or even worse, people who might be promised extended warranties or getting their items if they go out and make these posts). EDIT: except for the post made by czywbt. That positive review appears to be legit.

For anyone viewing this thread, please keep in mind that literally every word that comes out of a shopsunshine representatives mouth is, has been, and always will be a lie.

This includes the shopsunshine rep that posted in this thread. Take a look at his response for me. It wasn't "I'm sorry you had a bad experience." It wasn't "we'll do what we can to help you out." It was "The original poster is a liar and shouldn't be trusted." It falls right in line with my entire experience with them, sans the yelling and hang-ups when I attempted to contact them in person. The arrogance is still there and is coming through crystal clear though.

Keep in mind when reading that only one person here has something to lose by telling the truth, and that's shopsunshine.

Oh, and FYI, the air conditioner I bought from a better retailer for a better price and better shipping is still running strong. And best of all, I didn't have to jump through hoops to try to get it.
