I bought a motorola e815 from buy.com a while back... Wirefly handled the order.. It had a free bluetooth headset and a $150 "Customer Appreciation" rebate.
I actually managed to get everything; they didn't send my bluetooth headset right away, but after emailing and complaining they sent one out.. I was surprised a month or so later when a second headset showed up at my door.. I called them about it and they said to keep it.
As for the rebate, the terms and conditions stated I had to send it in between 150 and 180 days after purchase. I sent it it on day 180; and while it took a while, they did process it and I did indeed get my rebate.
So.. caveat emptor, but I had a decent experience.
