I was going to buy a computer from Cyberpower. Seeing they have bad reviews last month...I was a little wiery. But all of sudden they have all these good reviews in 2 days? June 26/27....is this real people posting or fake posting. Please help me investigate. Thanks.

At this time we have no reason to believe that Cyberpower or anyone on behalf of Cyberpower is attempting to generate false reviews. Several reviewers from that time frame have been contacted and their transactions verified.

It's possible they're having a promotion or special offer to generate reviews. This is allowed provided the promotion or offer does not ask for positive reviews, and that any offer made is honored even for negative reviews.

I've watched Cyberpower's trend in here for over a year. They get one bad review after another and then have a sudden trend of good reviews within days of each other, then go back to bad reviews. Most of these good reviews seem rather vague and sound more like an advertisement then a review. Reseller Rating's staff can say anything they want, as well as bury their heads in the sand, I know a scam when I see one.
