dlpetey, I have bought from this company about 5 times and they are great. Ipod 4gb was to me in 12 days. PSP 7 days. I got 5 DVD 3 got to me in 4 days the rest in 6.

By the way the addrss and date on the site is because they paid for a privite lisitng with gooddaddy or whoever there hoster is.

They have 24 hour support by phone an live chat, however they are slow at answering email.

My sister orders from them too and has had no issues and even returned an item after she opened it and they took it back.

What I like is they dont have a phone system that drives you crazy. They answer the phone.

I took a chance with them about 2 weeks ago. I made the order with paypal. I ordered an Ipod and a DVD. The Ipod was at my door quick and the DVD came the next day.

I just placed another order for an Xbox and I got the tracking number today.

The first poster, stayathomemom, claims to have bought from the place about 5 times even though the site has only been online since 5/12/06. I called Dr. Thompsons and got the execuitive office. I asked why so cheep on iPods. They mailed me some information for there business plan that explains how their marketing budget goes to pay for the loss leaders. If you call customer service they are very frank with the fact that they are paying for our business. I asked to buy 10 units and they told me there is a 6 limit. This makes me think they are telling the truth.

It would appear they are using these great deals just in hopes that we will keep shopping with them... and I will.
