I bought some ram for my computer that was mislabled by the manufacturer and called to see about getting it sent back for some new ram that would work. Not only were they fast on responce they waved the 20% restocking fee and were very friendly.
I wanted to make sure I could replace a new order so I got on thier chat and talked to one of thier support team Scott and not only was he fast to respond he was fast to clear up the questions I was needing to know good work Scott /cheer
I have bought product from newegg and I have to say they get thier orders out fast and have yet to have problems with them being broken upon arriving my hats off to newegg..
