I'm just curious have you bought any thing from them and didn't receive your product? I talked with them over the phone and on live help . The weird thing is that they only accept bank to bank transfer. but that doesn't make them a scam. I will buy something from them and let you know.

If you already sent the money, maybe they gave you a fake UPS Tracking #. It takes 5 min to create one.

I strongly suggest not to buy from them.

Listen up: any merchant that only accepts payment by bank transfer is a total scam. User "javedsuliman" probably works for them - on 6/8 he said he would buy something from them and then on Saturday 6/10 he says he received the item. YEAH RIGHT.

ONLY use Visa, Mastercard, or American Express to buy goods online or you will lose your money. Period.

You can file a complaint with the FTC.gov to try and get the site shut-down as the host is in New Jersey. The address that the site is registered to does not exist, at least accornding to the US Postal Service, and AT&T says the phone number can not be found. My guess is the site was registered with a stolen credit card.

As to gatting your money back. If you used a credit card then notify the cc company to do a charge back. If you used a check then notify your bank. If you used a wire transfer like Western Union, well from http://www.westernunion.com/info/faqSecurity.asp:

Western Union does not recommend sending money to anyone you don't know. Only transfer money to someone you know personally or whose identity you can verify!

If you are purchasing goods or services and paying through the Western Union network, you do so at your own risk. Western Union does not recommend use of its money transfer service when doing business with a stranger and is not responsible for the non-receipt or quality of any goods or services.

This is from the US site, you can check with the site for France (different laws), but my guess is you won't get it back.

I did a transfer from my account bak to an account bank in Austin, Texas. I tried to call the ICB bank in Austion to get some information about payment but they could telle me nothing.

I would like to know if in US, as in France, there are some organisations or customer associations which treat this kind of litigations.

I faxed a copy of my transfer of money at this number 509-267-2352.

In any case, in France, I'll carry a official complaint at police and wrire to FTC.gov.

SCAM for sure. Their original website is no longer accesible. They now operate with a new website, same name -different logo, same e-mail, same products. After paying for the order they stopped answering e-mails. It is now 3 weeks, no goods! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
