I recently bought my wedding album and mats from weddingalbumsandmore.com. The web site is nice and the price was good, but after I ordered and paid I got an email from them that it would take 5-6 weeks to get it. I don't think that's good business to charge someone's credit card for the full amount and then tell them to sit tight for that long. After I received the mats, they were all .5" smaller than they were supposed to be. I expected them to be a little smaller so you don't have white edges showing...but a half-inch is excessive. I emailed them to please advise...got no resonse...called them three weeks later. The gentleman, Julian, was extremely rude and said he couldn't do a thing about it...that's they way they are and no one else complains (like I should be ashamed of myself for wanting a product that's the way it's described on the web site). Don't buy from this company unless you want to get what you don't want and like bad customer service.
