cellhut rectified problem in timely matter

on 4/5, i rated a transaction with cellhut. briefly, rather than receiving a package with a new cellphone and accessories, i received only the accessories.

approximately ten days after the shipper confirmed the missing item, i received a second shipment, with everything intact. consequently, i would be comfortable ordering from cellhut again.

I would like to inform and share my experience with you all. After reading the reviews I was concerned and I called Cellhut before placing the order. I asked them that their customers were getting boxes with phones missing inside. I mentioned about the reviews which I read on resellerratings.com. I spoke to a courteous gentleman at Cellhut who informed me about a huge theft issue with UPS. He also told me that UPS caught and arrested 4 people who were targeting cellhut in June 2006. The employees at the loading belt were targeting Cellhut and stealing their boxes at the loading belt area inside UPS facility. The customer service associate from Cellhut went ahead and gave me the phone number to the UPS Security Head to confirm it. On confirming with UPS I was relived that the story about theft was true and it was not Cellhut's fault. The customer service associate went ahead and transfered the call to their manager. Cellhut's manager also assured me that if in case there is any theft with the package. Cellhut Manager also informed me that all packages are 100% insured and the product will be replaced to the me. Finally after checking similar websites I took a chance and ordered my Dolce Gabanna V3 gold color phone from Cellhut on November 1st 2006. I recieved the phone on November 3rd 2006 just within two days. The box was sealed very good from all four sides. Everything in the phone is good and I am happy. On recieving the product I ordered another phone for my wife who wanted a new phone just because I got one. I ordered Nokia N93 phone for my wife. The phone got delivered today and I am very safisfied and happy with Cellhut. I called them to check on my internet service which was not working on my V3 D&G phone. They sent me an email right away which I programmed it myself and the phone was working rightaway. I will recommend to cellhut to all. I spent over $1200.00 with Cellhut and they gave me no reason to complain.
