livi79 is infamous around these parts
us1camera.com (THE WORST OF THE WORST)

Has anyone dealt with this company? So far from my experience I have never dealt with a company SOOOO horible.

I ordered my camera on 04/09 and three weeks later (04/27) my order status has not changed. They say they're waiting for the camera to come in yet the ad said it was in stock. I have e-mailed them about 6-7 times and I haven't received 1 message from them. Whenever I call, they just give me the run around and say that their still waiting for the camera. They are also all VERY rude people there.

What shoudl I do? I'm thinking of contacting BBB.

What are you waiting for? Cancel the order. Make sure they don't charge your CC, and shop else where.
Lots of good deals out there from trustworthy stores, so no need to give yourself a hard time.

I totally would but they have a cancellation fee of 15%. And 15% of $1500 is a lot of money. I'm not going to give them the satisfaction.

Hm, I'm not a lawyer, so anyone please correct me if I'm wrong
As you said "The ad said that it was in stock." Appearantly that was not correct. I'd call it break of contract from an irreponsible vendor. So, as they break the contract, you should have the power to back away. Just call your CC company and make them do their part if the card is already charged. I'd even cancel the card/get a new card with a new CC# to avoid any complications in the future from US1Camera.
That kind of business is all to common, sorry to say.....
