i cant even begin to vent all of this.......ok deep breath...i order a blackberry...shows up damaged....i overnight it back to them, because they require you ship them your phone first (worst policy ever), then they dont ship a new phone for 3 days even though i call to verify that they recieved my phone....then they "accidently" ship it ground and not over night, which takes 5-7 days. ....i am still phoneless, and want to cry. i run my website off that phone, and have time sensitive emails coming in daily....im so sad...that is all...just be carefull when buying from them, better off going through you service provider
