If you have a problem with BzBoyz or MicroX just call, they will be glad to help you!
Because of the sheer amount of business they do it is not advisable to communicate via email.

Don't Buy Here

Received my first bad part (2 ddr memory chips), and it took them more than a week just to give me an RMA # to send the defective chips back. At first I was going to request a replacement, but after reading their fine print, I discovered that if THEY determine the part is not defective, I could be smacked with a $35.00 service charge PLUS the cost THEY apply for SHIPPING! This means that whether or not you believe something is bad, do NOT request a replacement, but take the 15% loss on the restocking fee, and do not purchase anything else from them in the future. I think it is a horrid way to treat customers.
