This store seems to have closed down all of a sudden. I have orders pending with them. Does anyone know what the problem is?

The customer service phone number says we are closed. I also got an auto reply from customer service emai saying they are closed. The website still works though !!!

Is there a way I can cancel my order and avoid getting my credit card charged. Please help.

If the company has shut-down then your order has already been cancelled. If any charges from them appear on your CC then notify your CC company.

I just ordered from them, though I suspect they are "open," as I had to argue w/ them about buying overpriced accessories, etc. You can get a refund from your credit card company if they charge you, but don't send you the product you ordered. However, you and I were both suckered by the very good feedback rating they have! I suspect they are leaving themselves postive feedback every few days to keep their ratings high. You should leave feedback on your experience to warn others about this poor company!
