Glad you have had a good experience. My experience has been the worst time I've had with any company. Shipped my computer regardless of my cancellation before it was shipped. Was conned into trying it before I denied shipping. Computer didn't work right when I did get it. Tech supports main answer has been reload over and over. While saying we'll call back in a week, chipping away at my time I had to return it. Finally asked me to box it up and ship it back to them and they replace a part. Called me over a week later telling me all they did was reload it and it was on the way back to me. Get it home and their tech gouged paint out of the case in two spots. Parts were rattling around lose. The game I was asked to send along so they could test came back scratched and no longer works. The gamepad I ordered with the system broke within a month, with very minimal usage. They won't support it. Grand promises of a gaming machine I would be happy with, and all I got was a machine to surf the internet on. It won't play games properly, as it crashes when I do. Their way of making it all better was sending me a 5 dollar coffee mug.

That sucks - I love the look of their stuff and one day (if I ever won the lottery!) I'd love to get one of their systems!... Now I'm not so sure!

Fisher Price is infamous around these parts
I also had a terrible experience with them. My new laptop quit after 5 days. I spent a day on the phone with tech support taking apart my brand new computer it was determined to be a faulty motherboard. I was told to send it back and they would have it fixed in 30 days. I explained that this was a business computer and offered to pay shipping if they would just send another one. No deal whatsoever. 30 day wait for repairs on a brand new $5,000.00 computer. I had to eat the 15% restocking fee just to get rid of the piece of junk.

What links? You mean the "Ads by Google"?
I see one for 'J&R Music' and a 'Panasonic' ad at the moment.

EDIT:
Right after posting that, I got a 'TigerDirect' and 'Check Cashing Software' ads.

these two ads by Google where there when I did the post

Alienware Aurora m9700
200 off free shipping

Shopalienware.com
Shop for an original alienware PC or laptop online.

I realized that and edited the post immediately afterwards.

topcat 967 is definitely from Alienware, because there is no way any intelligent person could confuse good customer service with what Alienware tries to pass off as customer service.
