You might want to read up on what Alienware is up too.
Since they have been bought out by Dell (Late last year), the owner has been doing everything to run the company into the ground.

Not surprising,given both companies complete lack of concern for customer service.Talk about a marriage made in hell.The big mystery is why anyone would pay hundreds more for a system from a place with such awful support.
I don't see Dell helping too much,either,they've got their hands full dealing with exploding laptops!

I can only speak from my personal experience which is what I did. Other's will be different, which is the nature of a company of that size. People are more motivated to share their negative experiences when it come's to expressing feelings in forums such as these. As of right now i am not to happy due to the fact in over 2 weeks my machine has not moved out of phase 3.

769 complaints?Not good at all,when you consider the prices they charge,and that lodging a complaint with the BBB is usually done as a last resort when a customer has failed to get satisfaction through normal channels.

Anyways I am not really here to defend them. My machine is already ordered and paid for. So I guess just wish me luck. I see it finally moved out of phase 3 now.

Well 3 weeks after the order I now recieve an email telling me that if I wan't a certain piece of hardware I will have to wait 4 weeks more for it due to shipping problems. Or elect not to use it , nice. I just wonder what has been going on for 3 weeks now that they just now get around to telling me that. All I can think is, great here we go :/ . I am at stage 4 out of 10 after nearly a month. I am seriously considering yanking my order.
