According to an NBC 10 News report that appeared on WJAR TV-10 (www.turnto10.com) on 03/24/2006 Mixitforme.Com is being investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) as a result of complaints from the company’s customers who are claiming that they have paid for millions of dollars of merchandise and did not receive products.
We are attempting to confirm this information, however, at this time, the FBI has no comment.

According to Chan 10 news noon report (WJAR in Prov, RI) their offices (Mixitforme) were raided this morning. The complete story will be broadcast on the six o'clock report.

Great report. Actually, it was the lead story at 6pm. Glad to see they will be probably be prosecuted and I hope all that were scammed get their money back.

I'm currently pursuing a suit against JT Exports and Cary Peterson (also known as RADMAI). They scammed a whole bunch of people who thought they ordered authentic Ipods but received fakes. Cary says it was not his fault as he was the middleman. I think a court would find differently with all the evidence against him.

So, in summary, stay away from Mixitforme and JT Exports.

well back in august when it first started up i order a pink ipod mini for 60$ and about 2 months later i got 2 in the mail (1 by accident) so im happy i got a good deal of 2 ipod minis for 60$ and resold them for 300$ each afterwards so i cant complian and 2 months ago my friend ordered a zen micro and she received so i dont know.

Well, their offices are officially gone. The Biggles toy store is gone and the building is for rent.

I went by their old location the other day and it's completely gone. :/

Another company that just went belly up is CoyoteGo.com and is supposedly ran by the same people. A guy named David Slade involved in MixitForMe is possibly Salde Austin of Coyotego.com. See this news report from New Mexico.

I had started this particular thread back in March and followed the Coyotego.com thread as well. I was surprised to see it was David Andrews aka Slade aka????again. Wow.

Does anyone know why prosecution was not pursued in RI? There was very little time between the collapse of one dual business, and the start of another, way out in AZ.

They weren't charged of anything at the time of the raid so they weren't held. They disappeared shortly thereafter. Warrants are probably out on them.
