Dirty little secret

I ordered a monitor from Technoweb on Monday night, and they did not start processing the order for three days. I came to this conclusion, because I got a phone call on the third day asking for my zip code. They finally sent the order to one of the drop shipment warehouses in New Jersey. Once the order reached the warehouse at 6:30 pm on Thursday, I had the product Friday afternoon.

If they would have processed my order in a timely manner (not a stretch with today's technology), I would have received my product in two days. Now this is where the secret lies. They charge anywhere from 83 to 112 dollars extra for two day shipping to overnight. If they would have just processed my order instead of sitting on it, I would have gotten my product earlier without paying the blatant over inflated shipping cost. They have the right to conduct business any way they want, but I am less willing to conduct business with this company again. With today's computers and access, it is difficult for companies to continue to hide their tricks from consumers.
