So....
I never took time to do that but they deserve a bit of time...
I bought a 50 bucks item on ebay. the item was advertised as being in stock. I never received as avdvertised any UPS tracking number either.
I sent 3 emails tried to call. No answer. Tehn I left a voicemail threatning to open a paypal dispute . They finally sent this email...

Then I told them that I was very unhappy about the being able to see any refund option.... no reply again.,
Then I decided to open a dispute on paypal...
They strarted to pretend they offered a refund...
then they sent this charming email adding to the 5 emails previously received were they re beging for a positive feedback

I finally received a Refund and left a fair negative fedback as I told them.

As a precision you are biding on ebay then get redirected on their website and use yourpapal of of their website which explains that they can do what the did...... email from ebay

Same story here. Placed an order for Dynamat and speakers on July 7th. Dynamat came on the 11th speakers were back ordered. I called and cancelled the order, then emailed 3 times and finally got a confirmation from Tony that the order was cancelled on the 15th. Now I started to try to get my money back. Tony kept saying it was in the works, but then they shipped the speakers on August 28th which I refused and sent back. Now I was to get credit when they got them back which was the 3rd and I got some credit today the 20th. They took out shipping and restocking saying I cancelled the order after it was shipped???? Cancelled on July15th, shipped on August 28th, I must be missing something. I even had PayPal in on this but that didn't help one bit. I wish I had found this page sooner.

Order a radio from HIFI over 6 months ago, was mail the worry radio. Try send it back they refused it and was send back to me. ask for a return number and four months later I still waitting. Try e-mail and the phone. told they I was file a small claim court guess what I get back

I have had alot of trouble with them on ebay they sent me a busted amp and then I got a RA# and sent it to them then they refuesed it when UPS tried to deliver it to them. I had to talk to some smart ass person named sandy (Who is the only person they have in customer serivce). And she was so rude saying that they just got a new wear house are some thing so send it agian. Im not going to even bother i guess im just out of 284.00 dollars and 16.00 more dollars I spent sending the busted amp back to them. I will never get my car audio supplies from them anymore. I have told everyone I no who buys car audio from ebay to avoid hifisoundconnection. I dont no what to do I tried fighting it with my credit card company and its just a whole big mess.

I just reported them to google and plan on reporting through the BBB next. I ordered a couple of battery terminals and a Alpine head unit through them on the 5th of October. I received the batt terminals, but not the head unit within a week of initial order. The box was in bad shape when I got it and the head unit was missing with no invoice, so I refused the order until I could contact them. I called right after UPS left and got right through. The lady on the phone told me that the head unit was on back order and they don't send invoices unless the order is completed in full. That was funny, because according to what they submitted to Google, they order was completed in full. I checked the weight of the shipment on UPS with the weight of the head unit and confirmed the head unit was not to be included. I've since called multiple times and sent several e-mails. The first two e-mails were responded to saying the head unit would be received within a few days and shipped out to me. I've waited and still not received an update. I recently tried to call...spent all day on the phone until someone FINALLY picked it up. The lady on the phone told me she would check on status and placed me on hold. About 2-3 minutes later, the call was disconnected. I thought this might've been a simple mistake and tried to call again. Now I constantly get a message saying this mailbox is full and then hangs up on me. I had my father call and he went through the same thing. He called, got hold of someone, placed him on hold, now his number is blocked. I'm going to try a third time from work tomorrow to see how it goes again. I failed to look into their customer service prior to order and have been led on a path of lies. I hope that someone else considering purchasing sees this and is prevented the hassle we've been through. I've already left a review on this site with these same feelings.

Go wrong? They blocked my phone number so I'm unable to call. Then I had my dad call the next day to find out information, and they blocked his phone number after the call as well. Look, I've dealt with several different people as I do a lot of internet shopping, but I've never had anyone blatantly block my phone number from being able to contact them, and then swear they respond to "all e-mails within 4 hours", yet I've not received but one response for the 4 e-mails I've sent.

I made the mistake of purchasing from this place.

hifisoundconnection must be operating from a basement.

Purchased a 500 foot reel of wire of ebay.I was sent a small package containing 9 feet of wire and not the wire that I ordered.
I needed the wire for an install and had to purchase locally.I emailed,explained what had happened and that I wanted a refund.The basement operation would not reply to several emails and you will not get through on the phone.
I then threatened that the next call would be made to my American Express and Paypal. I then received a reply to emails I was told that I couldn't get a refund unless I left positive feedback.
I was told that I couldn't get a refund,then someone else told me the refund had been done and I would see it tomorrow on my Amex card,then I was told that no this could not be done,the wire was shipped out ,the wire was not shipped out,I had to leave positive feedback.

The stories went everywhere and I couldn't get a straight honest answer.
Well next I filed a dispute with Paypal.
Paypal reviewed and I received my money back.Then I received an email from them calling me a jerk.
If you deal with this basement operation good luck but if I were you I would buy from a reputable company.
If you do not believe any of us here try this.Email the company complain that you only received part of your shipment or that the item received was wrong and see if you can get a reply.Try there phone number before you purchase.
