JT EXPORTS: Exchanging an Error Unit

Dear Forum Readers,

Over the past month I have reviewed many of these online forums from a few of our customers complaining about non-authentic or defective Ipod product that was received during December.

We strive to satisfy any product related issues associated to an order placed through JT Exports. Due to the fact that our company requests drop shipment of many of the products that we offer there is a high possibility that JTX will not have the ability to inspect or review goods that our drop shipped by our vendors.

We understand that it is somewhat frustrating filing an exchange or credit claim and returning goods after waiting for original order however if you follow requirements accordingly we will process and resolve your claim soonest. Failure to do so or exchange items you are not satisfied within time period allowed will not resolve your situation.

If you are amongst those who may have received a bad Nano unit from our company or a customer of our company please contact at support@jtxsales.com for details to get an exchange for a valid Ipod unit. We have seen a few web resellers attempting to sell these units. We strongly recommend not doing so and ask that you notify us in event a deliberate attempt to resell bad Nano units to public.

As a certified Apple resellers and 10 years in business we stand by satisfying our customers and resolving any customer complaints in anticipation to maintain satisfied long term buyers.

Sincerely,

Cary P, JTX

Cary,
I just emailed you. What about the 25 fake units I returned to you which were delivered by Fedex on 01/04/2006? Fedex tracking number - 85532465127 and signed for by D. Rencher. Delivered to, 400 Continental Blvd, LA, CA 90245. I have not received replacement units. You said a number of times since January 4th you were going to confirm these were received and file the claim. It's been almost 2 months now and nothing has happened.

So, now that you are willing to replace 'defective' units, please send me 25 authentic replacement 4 gb Apple Ipod Nanos. Email me for ship to info: blueeclipse66@cox.net

Thanks...

From our experience in dealing with Cary Peterson of JTX-Radmai, I would not recommend that anyone return the fakes to him.

I had received 50 fake Apple iPods from my supplier who ordered from JTX-Radmai on 29 Dec 2005. After a number of phone conversations with Cary, I returned the counterfeits to him as he instructed. In all the phone converstaions that we had between 30 Dec 2005 and 10 Jan 2006, Cary had been friendly and responsive to my calls. However, once I sent an email with the tracking # to Cary on 10 Jan 2006 informing him that I had returned the 50 fake Apple iPods to JTX-Radmai using their own FedEx account, he stopped responding to any of my calls or emails.

I would suggest that anyone who still holds the fake units be cautious about doing what Cary suggests. You may get the same treatment as we did.

We are also in the process of taking legal action against JTX-Radmai.

Cary,
If you want to forestall the legal actions coming your way, I suggest you keep your promise about sending the authentic Apple iPods to those who had already returned the fakes to you.

Well, it's been about four days now since I emailed Cary for replacements. As usual, no response. He will never have replacements and only give you false promises.

JT Exports (Radmai) is NOT an Apple reseller. Cary may like to think so in his own delusional world, but Apple has no record of them.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU PURCHASE PRODUCT FROM JT EXPORTS, RADMAI, or their related companies. Do so at your own risk.

Cary states, "We strive to satisfy any product related issues associated to an order placed through JT Exports. Due to the fact that our company requests drop shipment of many of the products that we offer there is a high possibility that JTX will not have the ability to inspect or review goods that our drop shipped by our vendors."

Strive to satisfy any product related issue???? It's been two months in my case and he has done NOTHING. And don't you think JTXX would have a better relationship with their drop shippers and actually know what was being shipped? Especially with a high demand product such as the Nano? In the business I'm in, I rarely see the product my customers order but know EXACTLY what they are getting. I guess one can never tell (or really does not want to know) what a drop shipper will ship when the product is counterfeit and NOT PRODUCED BY APPLE. And perhaps, JT Exports hopes their customers (us) will sell the product without inspecting it and then have to deal with the problems created because of their dishonesty.

JT EXPORTS AND ESPECIALLY CARY ARE CON-MEN. Plain and simple. When Cary says one thing he really mean the complete opposite. Read his posts with some insight and if you have the slightest contemplation that you want to place an order with him, please contact me first to get additional details. We can all learn from others who have alrady paid the price. And remember, although Cary may be laughing now, it's who laughs last that wins. The war has just begun...

Update!!!!!

The law is on to Cary. I just got off the phone with Tim Cahn (lawyer at Townsend and Townsend in Cali). He has been retained by Apple to look into the counterfeit Ipods. He asked me to take the fakes off my site which I have complied with. I gave most of the relevant information regarding my transaction and all of the info I had on Cary.

Cary, you should be getting a call soon!! The bubble is about to pop. If anyone has updates please post them here.

On another note, I emailed Cary three times to respond to his exchange remarks above, but as usual, no response. Typical con man.

I have a bunch of photos taken of the counterfeits before returning them to JTX-Radmai to exchange for the real thing. If the lawyers are interested in the photos, I will be more than happy to send them to the lawyers, as well as all information that I have.
