Need help store not giving refund.
Hi, I'm not sure if this website is for online stores only, but the store I'm going to talk about is local...sorry if its online only.
Well recently I was involved in a hit and run (someone backed up into the front of my car when I was parked backwards at school) and I'm in search of another front body kit for my car. Anyways body kits have to be made exactly for your car (2 door, 4 door, different models/engines, etc) or they won't fit right. Well I owned a 2000 2 Door Accord and I went to a local shop to buy a body kit from them. Well it turns out they made their own body kits, and they don't make it very well so I went next door to NRG Performance. Well they had ordered 1 body kit for a 1998 - 2002 4 door Accord and I told the guy that mine was 2 door. He said it will fit because the fronts are exactly the same anyways. Well the next day I took it to the body shop to have it installed and painted, but they called me saying it won't fit because it's 4 door. Well I called my local Honda dealer to ask if they had a stock bumper in stock and they said they did. So I took the body kit back to NRG asking for a refund but they said they won't give it to me because on the receipt it says all sales are final. Well that would usually be fine for me but I wouldn't have bought it from them in the first place if they didn't have it in stock and now exchanging it will take a week or so because they have to order it from down south. If it only takes a day then they bought it from the shop next door (the poorly made one) and will resell it to me for $100 more.
I should also mention that I paid with debit card, and I returned the body kit already so I have no kit but they have my money.
Is there anything I can do? I really can't wait this long for another kit and I don't want an overpriced poorly made one.
