netdropshipper.com
Curious if anyone has used netdropshipper.com ?
Prices look decent but their terms and conditions are a little tough.
Thanks in advance!

Here's the BBB report.
Few things I noticed;
1. They have no Phone number to call; Quote: |
Unfortunately due to a very high call volume we no longer accept phone calls.
| BBB gives this: (323) 262-0700
2. From BBB.org; Quote: |
This company is not a member of the Better Business Bureau. This fact does not disparage the company in any way.
| 3. There seems to be alot of info in thier FAQ's about "Factory-Reconditioned"
4. Business Start Date: 10/17/2004
BBB Created Record on: 11/22/2004
>>>> they've had 187 complaints in that time Quote: |
Complainants allege, delays in delivery, non delivery of ordered products, and inability to reach the company to inquire on the status of refunds, deliveries, or exchanges. In some cases, when customers request refunds due to non-delivery, the company claims they can find no record of the transaction , and ask for proof of purchase.
| Quote: |
The company responds to most complaints by shipping merchandise, issuing credits, or providing refunds. In some cases, the company explains delays may be due to out of stock merchandise. The company claims they make every effort to notify buyers when shipments are delayed or unavailable.

Do not use NetDropShipper they are horrible!
They are horrible and belive me you get what you pay for. They send the wrong products to you and make you pay for return shipping to send it back to them and then slap you with a 20% restocking fee. They have no phone number to contact them and if you check the BBB rating they gave them an F. Please double check before using them as they are horrible and falsly advertise their products. Quote: |

netdropshipper is a scam!! beware !!!!
Netdropshipper is a total SCAM!!!! "they dont care about their customers" thats what had happened
to me, they shipped an item to my customer with a wrong model number, once they recieved my email
that the item shipped was wrong, they immediately changed their website with the correct model, and
when they responded to my email they said that the item shipped is the correct model and I was
redirected to their site which is the newly changed description of the item, after several email
exchanges they told me that on the invoice its showing the correct item, but if you look at the
invoice, it will go to the link of the new item description (trying to fool me at once!!!). I showed
them the email confirmation that I got when I purchased the item and its showing the old item which
is suppose to be received by the customer. My customer was already pissed off because the items cannot
be returned at once and about to give me bad feedbacks to my auction account and will start charging me
a warehousing fee, in my own pocket I told the customer to ship it to me and pay for the shipping fee.
Netdropshipper.com finally agreed that the shipment be returned, and when I shipped it, charged to them, they rejected
the shipment and shipped it back to me.....it is already getting into my nerves!!! This is a warning to all people researching for dropshipping NETDROPSHIPPER.COM is a total scam and you will
just lose money instead of having a profit. |

I have one thing to say about Netdropshipper.com
Stay Away From Them!! Far, Far away!!
Bunch of theifs!!
They issue tracking numbers to collect your money, but the item doesn't ship for days. When you e-mail them (no phone number to call) to cancel an order, it takes them a minimum of 3 days for them to get back to you. They tell you it has shipped and they don't know why UPS hasn't updated their site. If your customer demands a refund because their order hasn't shipped, you'll lose because Netdropshipper.com will eventually ship your item.
The BBB has the following to say about Netdropshipper.com: Quote: |
We strongly question the company’s reliability for reasons such as that they have failed to respond to complaints, their advertising is grossly misleading, they are not in compliance with the law’s licensing or registration requirements, their complaints contain especially serious allegations, or the company’s industry is known for its fraudulent business practices.
| I added the bold type. If you read the other websites that have been posted in this thread, you'll see that most complaints are serious.
As I said earlier...
Stay Away From Them!! Far, Far away!!

NetDropShipper Mailing of Merchandise is Odd...
NetDropShipper states explicitly on its website that "We do not include any invoices in the package. The package will be shipped from your name and your address. Your customer will never know your source or where you purchased your products from." ( http://www.netdropshipper.com/faq.ht...w_faq_id=12#12)
It is very strange that it would be possible for them to have your exact address as the return/sending address for the merchandise - they are located in los angeles, california, and you would assume that their warehouse is located in los angeles, as well - if they send the product from their warehouse, how would any postal service legitimately be able to alter the return address as anything other than los angeles. If they have multiple warehouses across the country (which seems quite unlikely), you would assume that at the very least they would state that they can send it from your nearest major city, or only from certain cities, etc. I contacted the live help that they provide on their website, and actually was able to reach a live representative; I first asked whether or not they instead sent the product directly to you, and if you actually were the one responsible for re-sending it to the actual customer, and he said no, that they eliminated this step for you, and shipped directly to the customer. I then asked how they could use a return address other than los angeles (I live in a different state), and he proceeded apologize and state that if I had any further questions that I would have to email customer service at cs@netdropshipper.com. (My email was never answered). Does something seem strange and illegitimate about this company?
With this kind of "policy", it seems very likely that all of the above complaints are true, and that there likely quite a bit more as well.
