Oceanairlogistics - Be Carefull!
Hi,
We hired Oceanairlogistics to make transportation of merchandise and they lost part of merchandise. They charge us insurance fee but they never gave us information to file insurance complain. We requested info the same day we received the merchandise. We sent email thru Squaretrade (id 1670471688) but they never response and we filed complain at BBB ( ID 2072139) but they refuse to file a insurance claim.
They refused to send invoice and they just sent estimate made with softaware not registered (PDF FACTORY).
The inicial quote was $631.81 but they charge us $2,403.08 - 280% more for the same service, Less Than One Container. If you not pay more, they hold the merchandise and charge armazenation fee.
They have very bad commercial practices. Avoid OceanAir Logistics.
