If you paid with a Credit Card contact your Credit Card Agency and do a chargeback for goods not received. It takes a little time, but you will get your money back.

my co-workers and I pre-ordered some PS3s from this site and we have not heard or recieved anything from this guy. We are all in the process of trying to get our money back from Paypal and our credit card companies... This is such BS, how can companies like this continue to thrive?

Well I too have been scammed by ANgelo Maimone from ABCnet for a Nintendo Wii; however, he cashed my check that I sent. I never received the Wii, but he cashed the check over two weeks ago. He responded back a few times and the last time stating he would write back right away with the tracking number that I requested because his site did not update with a tracking number, just that it was "shipped". Never got it and never got another e-mail from him. I went to the local police authorities and to the Miami Dade Police as well as Department of Homeland Security and the Better Business Bureau. All I want is my $300.51 back. The bank stated they have to try for 30 days first after it was reported to the police. Here we go!

He is on probation since 2003 for E-Bay scamming already.

The "PhatDaddy" user was him. Notice how he put the laughing smiley. He was laughing. See his "PhatDaddy" MySpace at the bottom of this message.

Apparently, from the complaints on here in 2006, he was still scamming people after he was put on probation. Who knows how many victims there are out there!

In order for the police to do anything, victims need to file a police report with Miami-Dade police department. It is assigned to a detective and they proceed with an investigation. He needs to be stopped!

According to the link below, I he is currently in Federal prison. That may be the reason why the State of Florida Dept. of Corrections page link above shows a Status of "Suspense", which means he cannot be supervised at this time. He cannot be "supervised" on Probation because he's in prison. I believe it was Violation of Probation on his 2003 Felony case with E-Bay. Violation may have been a domestic violence case on 10/14/06.
