efashionstore.com

Avoid at all costs- wife ordered Gucci purse advertised as new and authentic- web site also says they check all product for quality before it is shipped and what did we get? We received a purse that had broken seams near the zipper, scratches in the metal hardware, and an upside down "gucci" logo on the retaining hardware near the strap! We called customer service and they want to exchange for credit- well after receiving something like what we got, we no longer trust any of their products as "new" or "authentic" so we asked for a refund. Problem is, they won't give the refund without charging a 10% restocking fee. Is it reasonable to pay a restocking fee when you receive a clearly damaged product advertised as new?

www.efashionstore.com - so called AUTHENTIC!

sure the prices are much lower than in the botique but BEWARE!! i had my worst experience at efashionstore. i have authentic burberry & gucci purses but i got to admit I THOUGHT it would be nice to save some money if i order from www.efashionstore.com. when the gucci purse came, oh my lord! the material is synthetic, the buckle was on the right side (authentic gucci is left), and the inside lining was cheap and the workmanship was totally not very detailed. i had to return the replica. and it gets worse.. i had to pay restocking fee. so yes, bad customer service, those men (Mike and Alex) seemed to be PMS'ing, they were very unprofessional. I didn't mind being on hold for a long period of time if these @55holes (excuse my word) were mature and gentlmen enough to take care of this matter...
