JT Exports - Scammers - AVOID

JT Exports are scammers. They have sent out thousands of counterfeit Ipod Nanos. I received a bunch and am holding on to a number of them for future prosecution (the local police have taken a report and said it would be escalated to the state and federal level due to the amount involved). Each Nano has the same serial number, is shrink wrapped in a plain white box with no exterior markings, comes with software that is not iTunes, does not function like a Nano, and the user manual language is absolutely horrible.

Cary Peterson at JTX will say it's not their fault as the factory in China shipped these and they had no idea. He will also say that the production line on Apple messed up but Apple would never have let these poor quality imitations out of their factory. QC would have caught it prior to shipping.

I recommend anyone looking to do business with JTX, think long and hard. He says one thing and then does another. Tells you what you want to hear and then does absolutely nothing. Oh, and does not offer refunds or replacement units on units that have already been returned. JTX IS OUT TO SCAM YOU. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

If anyone else was scammed by JT Exports (JTX, RADMAI, etc.) send an email. Prosecution is forthcoming in this case and you might want to be a part of it.

I also bought fake Nanos from Cary and am very interested in joining any legal action that might be taking place. I also know others who have been scammed by Cary and who would be interested in taking part in a law suit.

My email is jmartin7@alltel.net please contact me so we can discuss this matter further.

I bought IPod Nanos 4GB from Cary, JT Exports the end of November. All he sent me was a portion of the order and they are fakes. I've been trying to get my money back since I received the fake Ipods in the end of December. No Luck. I would like to be part of the las suit.

hobart66, are these the same Nano's you're trying to sell here ..."to help defray some of the money stolen from me..." before those posts were removed?

They seem to be fine. The resolution of the screen is not as good as a real Nano but it works well. Battery charge lasts a long time and sound quality and volume are good.

Re: Your problem with order

I strongly suggest that if you happened to receive a defective or product associated with an order through our company with error that you return it to our office for an exchange or credit.

Due to the fact that there have been a few bad units dropshipped by our supplier over the month of December the possibility is higher to have received an OEM version player.

To receive an exchange or credit for any bad units we must have the product returned to us before action can be made on our end as we need them to return to manufacturer.

I would strongly recommend reselling a unit that you find to be defective or not authentic. The Nano previously may have had several issues with functionality and production whereas quality assurance has vanquished many of the issues that you and the other party may have encountered examining bulk goods ordered. Simply return the goods and we will gladly exchange or credit you for merchandise purchased.

As I recall talking with Mr. Martin and Sunny whom both refuse to return units that they have claimed to be not authentic and not what they have made order for and paid for. You were provided exchange details to return bad units and receive valid units just as many others who have experienced similar situations as yourselves in the past. Not cooperating just delays your matter. Posting irrelevant matters on web forums really solves nothing to satisfy your order.
