I strongly suggest that if you happened to receive a defective or product associated with an order through our company with error that you return it to our office for an exchange or credit.
Due to the fact that there have been a few bad units dropshipped by our supplier over the month of December the possibility is higher to have received an OEM version player.
To receive an exchange or credit for any bad units we must have the product returned to us before action can be made on our end as we need them to return to manufacturer.
I would strongly recommend reselling a unit that you find to be defective or not authentic. The Nano previously may have had several issues with functionality and production whereas quality assurance has vanquished many of the issues that you and the other party may have encountered examining bulk goods ordered. Simply return the goods and we will gladly exchange or credit you for merchandise purchased.
As I recall talking with Mr. Martin and Sunny whom both refuse to return units that they have claimed to be not authentic and not what they have made order for and paid for. You were provided exchange details to return bad units and receive valid units just as many others who have experienced similar situations as yourselves in the past. Not cooperating just delays your matter. Posting irrelevant matters on web forums really solves nothing to satisfy your order.

Cary Peterson at JTX will say it's not their fault as the factory in China shipped these and they had no idea. He will also say that the production line on Apple messed up but Apple would never have let these poor quality imitations out of their factory. QC would have caught it prior to shipping.
I recommend anyone looking to do business with JTX, think long and hard. He says one thing and then does another. Tells you what you want to hear and then does absolutely nothing. Oh, and does not offer refunds or replacement units on units that have already been returned. JTX IS OUT TO SCAM YOU. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. |
