Cary at JTX (RADMAI) is full of it. I returned product to him which was delivered by Fedex on 01/04/06. To this date, Cary has not offered a refund or authentic product. Do I wonder why? Absolutely not. He has no authentic product and will never offer a refund to anyone, any time. He is only trying to get the counterfeit product back so the law will stay off of him. I'm holding on to fake product for future use and will not return anymore to Cary as what he says is entirely different from what he does.

How about backing up what you say Cary? I returned product to you. When should I expect a refund? I'm sure no contact will be made as you have never responded to any email or phone call I have sent you.

sorry you tell about ipod copy. i know company you tell about. we buy from jt export some time. mr cary is ok on deal we do with he company. i get ipod copy also. i know company that make copy ipod here in china. thy dishonor lots of company and sell copy like genuine i think you get same copy ipod like me. you say mr cary not honest. mr cary may get copy like me and you. company in china try fool us all. company who make copy get in big trouble. hope you do not give payment to them. we buy lots from mr cary before and all ok. i pray you and jt exports cooperate happiness with deal. you must know many company in china ok and some are genuine. be careful

I work for Apple Computer, and we are taking steps to curb the sale of Counterfeit Ipods.

When I get to work monday I will post the image of the counterfeit Ipod, and what to look for.

Pretty much right now it is Shuffles, and Nanos. The Nano is REAL easy to tell as they are black, and the play button is in the middle (where the select button should be). Also the software on it is REAL differnt. It's got this dark blue color for the background of the software, and the menu is on the right side (like on many cell phones). Also the screen on the Counterfeit Nanos are longer up and down than the Apple ones. And the back looks like crap (almost like it was thrown together). Before you purchase any IPOD make sure you call us at 1-800-692-7753 and check the serial number before you buy. I will post a SN for you all too look out for on Monday. From what I have heard they all are printed with the same few serial numbers and we have them logged in our system.

As for the Shuffle it does not have a repeat button on the "on off" slider. All is shows is on/off and that's it. Plus the Shuffle does not have an SN (serial number) printed on the back. Althought the shuffle looks well made when comparing it to how bad the nano we got ahold of looks it is still counterfeit, and we will not support them in any way shape or form. It will not even work with itunes.

MAKE SURE YOU CALL US WITH THE SERIAL NUMBER whenever you are purchasing an ipod from someone that is NOT an Apple authorized reseller. This will play all kinds of havok on the warranty, and might be outside it's one year hardware, parts, and labor. If anyone has any questions, ask away

If you are victim of a counterfeit give us a call at Apple Computer. We want to know where, when, and information on the counterfeit.

Cary sounds like it is the end of the road for you and your scams. I met Cary a couple of years ago and he tricked me out of a sales commission $10-20k. I should have b**t the S**t out of him when I had the chance. He claims to have a staff and office in LA. But he is more than likely working out of a basement in Edina, MN. All of his business is done undercover of false companies and fake credit ratings. Cary is a 2 bit con artist(ex-convict) and I dare him to respond to this reply. You know who I am.

A friend just sent me this and brought it to my attention. OK- so you claim I tricked you out of 10-20k on a deal? lol. I've came across who think they are owed something for a deal that wasn't even theirs. In fact you mention many lies in your comment. Ex-convict? Never been to prison idiot. Basement in Edina? Undercover? Fake businesses? You kill me with your humor. Any deal that I have deal that involved brokers I have always paid and shown good. Why would I ruin a relationship that can potentially make me more money in near future? Thats crazy. Why would you be a complete weenie and post something online saying you were "tricked" out of 10-20k yet not just call me up and confront the dispute if indeed true? If you've met me you should know that over the last 7 years my mobile phone number /email have been the same. Bring it to the table as I doubt you'd "dare" call me about because you know your claim is bogus. Granted you bring up something that has apparently been a few years old. Yet if someone truly owed me $10-20k from deal I'd have called them and demanded resolution a long time ago. I work with deal makers and real brokers that I keep good relationship with as I honored to pay a commission for a deal that made my company money as well. -Cheers

It is going to take more than a new username and your warped sense of reality to make the dozens of people that you screwed walk away from this situation. We are still owed more than $110K from you. You have promised resolutions, failed to deliver, and continued to be the dishonest, disreputable, devious person that everyone who has had the misfortune of dealing with you has come to expect.
