Moms laptop fried so im on the search for a new one....
Im open to all ideas. Im looking for something thats light and has good battery life, with a Turion64 Processor. Shes going to be keeping it for a few years, so i want her to be able to upgrade to Vista. Im not too concerned about RAM or hard drive, as i can always upgrade those. DVD burner if possible, but not a big deal. Wireless LAN obviously, but pretty much everything comes with that now. Im shootin for around $1000
